Thursday already, the 9th of May, this day last year United States President, Barack Obama, officially stated his support for same sex marriage. Today is Andrew W.K.'s 34th birthday and Vidal Sassoon's 1st anniversary. I don't know what I was doing, probably at work talking to Americans about their insurance, what a difference a year makes eh?

I did have travel plans yes, tomorrow I was embarking upon Manchester, an invite from a friend and a cousin earlier in the week I decided that it was something I should do, if only to keep my mind of other things. I was off to the town to check that my details had been confirmed and I printed out my boarding passes, not thinking this would be where I would be flying a week back, a week is a long time in politics and football they say, its a long time in my life these days too.

Well a much smaller blog today as I continue to finalise the format but tomorrow night i shall be blogging or maybe even vlogging from a different country so in the mean time
